Terms and Conditions of Booking

Our online booking and payment portal will only accept payment by debit or credit card. If you wish to pay by another method, please download and complete our individual course booking form and return to us with your payment (all details can be found on the our booking forms). Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

Confirmation of bookings

Confirmation of bookings will take place by email. Online bookings will be confirmed immediately, all other bookings will be confirmed 5-7 days from receipt of your booking and full payment. Further details including programme times and venue information, will be forwarded approximately 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the course date to be entitled to a refund, which will be subject to a 20% administration fee (minimum �10). We regret that cancellations received after this date cannot be refunded, and refunds cannot be made for failure to attend the event. However, a substitute delegate will be welcomed in your place at any time; just contact us by telephone or email to let us know who is coming in your place.

Special Offers

Special offers are currently not available via online bookings. To receive a special offer discount please download and complete our course booking form and return to us with your payment, quoting the offer discount code. Group or bulk booking offers must be booked and paid for at the same time to qualify for the discount. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one special offer can be used per booking and are not valid in conjunction with any other special offer. Cancellations will be subject to our reservation and cancellation policy, although we reserve the right to revoke the discount on all remaining group or bulk bookings if the conditions of the special offer are no longer met.

Accreditation

Accreditation the majority of our courses are eligible for CPD hours subject to your peer group approval and in line with the Royal College of Psychiatrists' guidelines. Accreditation by other organisations, where applicable, will be stated on the individual course flyers.

Parallel Sessions

Parallel sessions that may be available at some of our conferences may be limited in capacity, and will be allocated during booking or registration on a first-come, first-served basis. No guarantees can be made regarding the availability of spaces on any of our parallel sessions.

Liability

Liability we reserve the right to change the programme without prior notice. Where for any reason beyond our reasonable control we cancel an event, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the fee payable to us for that particular event.

Delegates from outside the UK

Delegates from outside the UK can book on our events using our online booking and payment portal with a debit or credit card. Alternatively you can pay in advance in sterling � by BACS, money transfer, bankers draft or international money order. We do not accept personal cheques or requests to invoice from delegates attending from outside the UK. We do not accept or action any letters, emails or telephone calls requesting letters of invitation to any of our events.
