Management of Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia
- Thursday 25 May 2017
- The Met Hotel, King St, Leeds LS1 2HQ
Half Day (lunch on arrival)
12.00pm to 4.45pm
Led by three leading Psychiatrists from the National Psychosis Unit:
Dr Paul Morrison, Biomedical Research Centre and
Professor Sukhwinder Shergill, Professor of Psychiatry and Systems Neuroscience
Mr Eromona Whiskey, Principal Pharmacist, National Centre for Psychosis
In this area of practice there is often little or no evidence base to guide us, and we have to rely on the collective experience of experts specialising in treatment resistant psychosis. The speakers will share several decades of collective experience treating such patients, and of using clozapine. There is also the opportunity for the delegates to share their own experiences and insights with the group.
