Understanding the ECG: Principles and Interpretation

Full Day 9.30am to 4.30pm

Presented by Rhona Riley, Cardiac Physiology Lead at the University of Leeds and Programme Lead for the BSc (Hons.) Healthcare Science (Cardiac Physiology), University of Leeds, this course is aimed at Health professionals and Medics who are involved with the performing and/or interpreting ECG’s.

This basic ECG course will provide you with the fundamental skills to understand the interpretation process plus discuss basic and life threatening ECG rhythms and abnormalities, and provide you with the information to correctly perform an ECG, a must for
accurate diagnosis.

At the end of the day you will have a chance to practice you ECG interpretation skills.
