Presented by Graham Firth, Intensive Interaction Project Leader, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, this training will help delegates look at the underlying processes for effecitvely developing and sustaining 'best quality' Intensive Interaction across a variety of working and care contexts. The course will provide delegates with the tools required to identify and implement service level developments that will support the effective use of Intensive Interaction strategies.
This training will also support delegates to develop short, medium and longer term plans to embed Intensive Interaction across a service.
This course will cover:
- Developing delegates knowledge of systems for service evaluation and development
- Develop delegates skills in supporting staffs' Intensive Interaction practice development
- Developing delegates views on how to enact and sustain successful Intensive Interaction developments across a service
- Working individually and in groups to develop practical strategies to inform short, medium and longer term plans to embed Intensive Interaction across a team or service
