Event Management

The Andrew Sims Centre (ASC), part of Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, provides an Event Management Service which is tailored to suit your event specifications.

The ASC is a UK provider of public sector conferences, training workshops and professional development events. The aim is to meet the educational needs of all health and social care professionals throughout the country. Historically, ASC specialise in training for professionals working within mental health and learning disabilities services, but this has been expanded to suit most healthcare services.  Our provision focuses on clinical and therapeutic practices, multidisciplinary working, service delivery and management.

Although we are part of the NHS, we are entirely self-funding and cover our costs by charging delegate fees to attend our programme of courses, and event management fees for organising events for stakeholders.  

We deliver our own programme of over 60 courses and professional development events a year, primarily in the fields of mental health and learning disabilities, to a multidisciplinary national audience. We also work with other NHS and public sector organisations to deliver their training and conferencing requirements.
